Magic Cabana

For this project, I collaborated with Magic Cabana, a sustainable sunglasses brand rooted in laid-back coastal living and conscious design. The goal was to create imagery that felt organic, surf-inspired, and timeless — visuals that reflect both the brand’s eco-friendly mission and its connection to beach culture.

We shot the lifestyle portion of the session on the North End beach in Virginia Beach, taking full advantage of the clean shoreline, soft sand, and natural light. The setting provided the perfect backdrop to showcase the sunglasses in motion — worn, lived-in, and styled in a way that feels authentic to coastal life rather than overly staged.

A special thank-you to Virginia Beach Surf Sessions for supporting the shoot by lending a surfboard prop, which helped ground the visuals in real surf culture and added an editorial, beach-forward edge to the lifestyle images.

The shoot was modeled by Liliana, whose effortless presence brought a natural, sun-soaked energy to the frames. Styling remained minimal and relaxed, allowing the product to remain the focal point while still telling a story of movement, freedom, and coastal ease.

In addition to the on-location lifestyle photography, we also captured a series of clean studio product shots. These images were designed to complement the outdoor visuals — highlighting the craftsmanship, lenses, and sustainable details of the sunglasses for use across e-commerce, web, and marketing platforms.

This project is a great example of how blending lifestyle photography with intentional product imagery can create a cohesive visual library that supports both brand storytelling and sales-driven content. The result is a collection of images that feels elevated yet approachable — rooted in place, purpose, and personality.
